Jamie Lovell grew up in Bridgewater, MA where her love of dance blossomed at the age of two. After training near her hometown and throughout Massachusetts and New York, she went on to continue her studies at Dean College where she obtained her Bachelors Degree in Dance. Jamie performed with the Dean College Dance Company for four consecutive years and was a soloist in the college’s 2010 modern selection, “CoCo”. Several of her choreographic works were also selected to be showcased at Dean’s annual performances.
She has since performed with the Massachusetts Symphony Orchestra, Boston Community Dance Project and was a selected dancer for the Ellie Ann music video, “When He Lied”. Jamie is a current member of the Boston based contemporary company Urbanity, and teaches throughout Massachusetts in hopes that she can spread her love of the art for generations to come.
